Mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support for events

?? Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in daily operations Motivate the team to maintain high standards Ensure food safety and allergen controls are met Contribute to creative menu planning Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service Assist with school events and functions

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in contract catering, ideally in education or B&I settings Passionate about fresh, seasonal food Strong attention to detail and food safety standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexible and proactive approach Ready to bring your culinary skills to a rewarding role?
