You will be assisting the Catering Manager in the day to day running of the catering operations.

As the Catering Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Maintenance of the dining room and food service areas. Supervising all general assistants and kitchen porters. Responsible for servicing hospitality and events. Assisting with staff training. Ensuring service areas are clean and ready for each service. The successful Catering Team Leader will have the following related skills / experience: Previous experience of working in a similar catering role.
