Catering Supervisor – Maternity Cover
Location: Craigavon
Hours: 28 hours per week, working 4 out of 7 days on a rota basis
Pay: £12.31 – £20.80 per hour
Shift Patterns:
Weekdays: 7:30am–3:00pm or 11:00am–8:00pm
Weekends: 9:30am–5:30pm or 11:00am–8:00pm Weekend shifts are scheduled during the week We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team on a temporary maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food service and team leadership to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Supervise and support catering staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate meal planning and delivery
Handle customer feedback professionally and implement service improvements
Maintain accurate records for audits, temperature checks, and cleaning schedules
Assist in menu planning and adapting offerings to meet dietary requirements
Lead by example in delivering excellent service and fostering a positive team culture
