to lead education catering teams and ensure excellence across 15 secondary school sites across East and North London About the Role As our Catering Operations Manager, youll oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective catering services to schools within your region. Youll inspire and develop site managers and kitchen teams to provide exceptional food and service that meets both nutritional standards and the expectations of pupils, staff, and parents. You will: Manage day-to-day catering operations across a portfolio of school sites. Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams to achieve consistently high standards. Drive continuous improvement in food quality, presentation, and service delivery. Monitor budgets, costs, and resources to ensure financial efficiency. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and allergen legislation. Build strong relationships with school leadership and key stakeholders. Support menu development with a focus on healthy, balanced, and appealing meals for young people. About You Were looking for someone who: Has proven experience in secondary school multi-site catering management. Understands the unique demands of school catering

from portion control to pupil engagement. Has excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Holds strong financial acumen and a proactive approach to problem solving.
