Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a proven track record in managing catering services. You will be overseeing up to 600 staff and guests. You will ideally have a DBS or be willing to get a DBS.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Lead, train, and motivate a team of catering staff. Develop and implement menus that cater to the tastes and dietary needs of our young guests. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Ensure guests who have allergies or medical needs are catered for Motivate the team and ensure a happy work place Requirements: Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role.
