Catering Manager - Kendrew Barracks
£30,000 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, leading a motivated team and delivering exceptional service every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding food and customer service
• Driving efficiency across all catering operations - from stock management to budgets and action planning
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering across multiple sites
• Accurately completing weekly and monthly accounts
• Carrying out internal audits to ensure compliance with company standards and legislation
• Working closely with the General Manager and Military teams to achieve targets and KPIs
• Spotting opportunities to introduce new services and drive sales
• Acting as the key link between customers and our teams to maintain a high standard of service
• Coaching, developing, and supporting your team to help them excel
• Maintaining the highest levels of Health & Safety compliance across all areas

What we're looking for:

• A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• At least 2 years' management experience in a similar role or sector
• A strong background in food service operations and customer care
• Great financial acumen with experience managing budgets and stock
• Ambitious, motivated, and passionate about continuous improvement
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
