We need an experienced catering/cafe/restaurant manager looking for a challenge to take full ownership of two small sites that have huge potential. You will be part of the senior management team reporting to a very supportive manager with vast hospitality experience who is driven and excited by the opportunity to really improve the offer, service, sales and direction that they see is massive. Further sites are also being looked at for development that you would be involved in, so the role will grow over time. A massive bonus is that you will work straight day time shifts only - no evenings ever. And you will need your own transport. Both sites are close to Gloucester.
