We are currently recruiting for a  Catering Manager to work at a prestigious work place site.

Location: Cambridge Institute , CB2 0RE 

Rate of Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday , 40 hours per week , 08:00am - 16:30pm

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards 
• Looking after a team of 1 HC, 1 CDP, 1 GA & 1 KP
• Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all events and operations
• Providing guidance, support, and leadership to the catering team, ensuring high standards of service and performance
• Overseeing food and beverage ordering, storage, and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources
• Managing the catering for up to 600 covers at site

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Contract Catering background 
• Good knowledge of excel, word and outlook
