We're recruiting a Catering Manager to lead a dynamic and dedicated team at a medium-sized, multi-site education facility in Lyme Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established catering operation, delivering high-quality food services to around 500 students daily.

About the Role: You'll be managing a team of 12 staff, including General Assistants, Coordinators, and Cooks, overseeing both break and lunch service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operations across the site Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service Manage staffing, rotas, and training to maintain a motivated team Monitor food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards Collaborate with site leadership to support student wellbeing through nutrition
