Whether you’re an Electromechanical Technical Advisor or an Engineer ready to step into a support position, we want to hear from you!Your Role:As our Technical Support Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting field-based engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Providing real-time technical support to engineers to troubleshoot faults Interpreting technical manuals to ensure accurate part identification Assessing the priority of reactive calls based on severity Triage jobs to streamline resource planning and improve efficiency Transcribing verbal technical details from engineers into company systems Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with precisionWhat You Bring:We’re looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and problem-solving mindset.
