We are recruiting a Catering Assistant to join a busy kitchen team in Southend. This is a temporary role offering flexible hours and weekly pay.

Role Responsibilities

Washing up and cleaning kitchen equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Supporting basic food preparation when needed
Following all hygiene and health & safety standards

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience is essential
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
