The main responsibilities of this role are food and beverage service to the many guests, students and staff at the RAU. We provide these services in both our classic Main Dining Hall as well as other areas around the campus, including our Bathurst Wing and Tithe Barn. These services include the day to day running of our canteen, as well as our bespoke functions and events that we run all year round, for both internal and external guests.
