The main responsibilities of this role are food and beverage service to the many guests, students and staff at the the University. They provide these services in both their classic Main Dining Hall as well as other areas around the campus, including their Bathurst Wing and Tithe Barn. These services include the day to day running of their canteen, as well as their bespoke functions and events that they run all year round, for both internal and external guests. These include everything from their society balls to weddings. They also run bars and provide support in their coffee shop, so this role will really give you a taste of all the hospitality industry has to offer.
