The role We are seeking to appoint a reliable and flexible individual to join our Catering team at Sheffield Girls. The successful applicant will become part of our established team supporting our in-school catering service for pupils, staff and visitors. This role will involve assisting in the general day-to-day running of the kitchen and school food provision, as well as helping with general kitchen duties and delivering excellent customer service. Previous catering and basic food hygiene certificates are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This is a term-time only position (36 weeks of the year), based on Grade 1 of the GDSTs Support Staff Scale (starting at £14,310), dependent on experience. The hours of work will be 25 per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 2pm, although some flexibility will be required. This is a term time only role, with 5 additional inset training days.
