Hours: Early mornings only – start early, finish by 10:30am latest

Just Flat Whites is a brand-new coffee trailer serving quality, no-fuss coffee to busy commuters. We focus on consistency, speed, and great customer interactions, making mornings better, one flat white at a time.

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Barista to run morning service at our coffee trailer based at a busy Hampshire train station. Starting at 3 days a week, with the potential to go to 5-6 days if you want. This role is perfect for early risers who enjoy fast-paced environments and who want to be done with work by mid-morning.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, with a strong focus on flat whites
• Deliver fast, friendly service to commuters during peak hours
• Collect, set up and close down the coffee trailer each morning
• Operate the espresso machine and grinder confidently
• Handle payments and manage basic stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Previous barista experience preferred (but training can be provided for the right person)
• Comfortable working early mornings
• Quick, efficient, and calm under pressure
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Reliable and punctual (very important for commuters! xbpsjku )
• Able to work independently in a small setup
