Barista Northampton

Were looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team in Northampton. If you love great coffee, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in a busy café environment, wed love to hear from you!

Pay: £14 per hour (including holiday pay) Location: Northampton Hours: Flexible shifts available

What youll do:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other drinks to our customers

Operate the espresso machine and maintain excellent coffee-making standards

Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service

Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Keep the café clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times

Assist with stock rotation, restocking supplies, and opening/closing duties

What were looking for:

Previous barista or café experience preferred, but training can be provided

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for great coffee and customer service

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Team player who can also work independently when needed
