The Role We're seeking a confident and charismatic Barista to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end. Key Responsibilities: Prior experience working as a Barista or in a customer facing role in the luxury hospitality market Accomplished barista skills and passion for craft Enthusiastic with lots of energy, able to stay composed under pressure Understanding of luxury lifestyle market, private membership clubs/ hospitality businesses or similar with demonstratable experience in fast-paced, multi-outlet businesses A desire to keep customer experience firmly in mind whilst carrying out your duties Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends Our Benefits Competitive salary above market rate
