With an established and experienced team, were looking for the right Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to come in to support the Food & Beverage Manager with the day-to-day running of the department and lead the team in the Food & Beverage Manager's absence.

What youll be doing as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager:
Working closely with our Food & Beverage Manager to lead a skilled and established front-of-house team.
Ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery across all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, events).
Assisting with staff training, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels and service quality.
Supporting with stock control, inventory management, and cost management for beverages and other F&B supplies.
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Assisting in the planning and execution of events, weddings, and functions from an F&B perspective.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency in all F&B areas.
Stepping up and taking the reins when the Food & Beverage Managers off-duty.
Helping to mentor and motivate junior team members.
Duty management shifts
About you:
Youre a current Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, F&B Supervisor, or a highly experienced Team Leader, with previous experience in a busy pub/hotel/restaurant environment.
Youre cool under pressure, a natural leader, and a true team player.
You love hospitality and take immense pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong knowledge of service standards, beverage control, stock management, and good working practices at a supervisory/management level.
Experience with banqueting, weddings, and high-volume restaurant/bar service would be an advantage, but isnt essential.
