The Requirements:
The successful applicant will come from a Hotel or Venue background
The Assistant Catering Manager will have high end customer service at the forefront of their mind
Experience in conference and banqueting is ideal
A willing attitude and someone who is looking to progress their career within F&B at a completely unique venue
