Key Responsibilities – Assistant General Manager
* Lead, develop, and empower a diverse team of chefs, supervisors, and front-of-house professionals to deliver exceptional results.
* Oversee seamless operations across the restaurant, café, events, and VIP hospitality functions.
* Act as the main client partner, building relationships rooted in confidence, respect, and mutual success.
* Manage budgets, financial performance, and labour planning — with full accountability for results.
* Inspire excellence across service delivery, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure all food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards are met to the highest level.
* Continuously elevate standards, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
What You Bring as an Assistant General Manager
* Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager within hospitality, catering, or events.
* A track record of leadership in high-profile environments, driving team success and operational performance.
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both with clients and internal teams.
* Strong commercial awareness — you understand how to balance great service with great results.
* A genuine passion for people, food, and exceptional experiences.
* Confidence in managing budgets, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
