OverviewWe currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team here in Shalford, Surrey.ResponsibilitiesRegistering candidates through face-to-face meetings/interviewsAdvertising with major job boardsSearching CV databases/sitesThere will be an element of sales involvedAnswering the phones in a professional & polite mannerData entryFilingMatching candidates to suitable agency bookingsReferencing candidates and associated administrative work involved with candidate placements and complianceDelivering outstanding customer service to our portfolio of clientsRelationship building & maintaining to both candidates & clientsEssential SkillsRecent experience working within an office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)Working knowledge of the Catering/Hospitality IndustryExceptional customer service & communication skills, written & verbalOrganised, methodical & self-motivated work ethicGood attention to detail and accuracyStrong administrative backgroundExcellent IT skills, particularly Word, Excel and OutlookProfessional & confident telephone mannerGood sense of humourAdditional InformationPlease note – we are located near a train station (Shalford) but the trains are somewhat infrequent, so own transport would be highly recommended, but not essential.Salary: 27,000 pa to 30,000 + bonus/commission structure (after probation).This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role. We work occasional Saturday mornings (approx. 8:30am-12:30pm) with very generous overtime pay (after probation).Generous annual leave + extra time off over Christmas plus bank holidays off.
