What we look for in a Supervisor: Ability to keep team spirits high and guests happy. A hands-on leader with a positive attitude. Assist in training and guiding new team members. Great communication skills Passion for fresh food, great wines, and engaging service. Base pay starts at National Minimum Wage, additional tips can vary depending upon events, average 2 per hour - up to 5 per hour extra.
