They require a Sous Chef who is capable of producing high-quality meals using fresh ingredients, under pressure. This pub creates a variety of traditional and modern dishes, has an a la carte menu as well as offering chalkboard specials, and serves around 100 covers for lunch and dinner. As Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the kitchen & maintaining consistently high standards. You will also have input in menu development and daily specials. This would be the ideal role if you have previous Sous Chef experience within a fast paced, fresh food environment. The Role: Our Client is seeking a talented sous chef who lives and breathes fresh produce. The right Sous Chef should be passionate and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a team player As Sous chef, you will work alongside the Head Chef, creating fresh seasonal dishes for their a la carte restaurant. You will also train and mentor junior members of the brigade. Deal with Rotas and menu completion.
