With our restaurant continuing to grow, were now looking for a talented and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at Oren restaurant. Youll work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent dishes, contribute ideas and help maintain a smooth-running kitchen. Role Description Supporting the Head Chef and Chef Director in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Oversee and manage your assigned kitchen section, coordinating daily prep schedules and ensuring smooth operations. Taking responsibility for your section and assisting others as needed Maintaining high food quality and consistency Helping to train and mentor junior team members Contributing to menu development and bringing creative ideas to the table Ensuring all EHO and hygiene levels are met and up to government standards What we are looking for A chef with solid experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, produce-led kitchen Someone passionate about seasonal cooking and Mediterranean flavours A calm, proactive team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Reliable, driven and eager to grow in a high-performing team A genuine love for hospitality and cooking Full UK right to work documents
