Ideal candidate should have a strong background in reputable restaurants, gastro pubs, or hotels, and be able to perform at a high standard. Applicants must be highly organised, self-driven, and passionate about working with premium seasonal ingredients. A minimum of 3-4 years' relevant experience is required. Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Canary Wharf.
