At the heart of the club is the Brasserie, offering an irresistible menu filled with Mediterranean flavours and delicious dishes. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join our Brasserie team.

Occupational health nurse Responsibilities:
Provide hands on kitchen management whilst working in your section, demonstrate hygienic and health & safety working practices throughout service Responsible for the preparation and execution of top quality Mediterranean/Japanese dishes and recipes as directed by the Executive Chef Maintaining high standards of cuisine during service to ensure quality assurance and consistency of production Demonstrate excellent culinary and knife skills Provide a strong work ethic in the section and nurture demi chefs in their learning and development Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
Entry Requirements:
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills. Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
City & Guilds or a professional cookery qualification Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills Impeccable appearance of personal grooming Confident, professional, resilient and disciplined Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn Proficient in English language Eligibility: In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants either must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
