About the Candidate
We are looking for a logical and organised professional, who is able process information and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
Those wanting to apply for the post, will need to be able to balance the use of technical skills and that of people skills, specifically stakeholder management both in and out of the immediate People & Organisational Development teams.
All Education Partnership Northeast colleagues are expected to champion our core values, Courage, Authentic, Respectful and Excellence.
About the Role
This role has become available due to one of our current People Assistants being successful in their application for another role outside of the organisation. This means that we are looking for permanent replacement to support with the embedding of a New People and Payroll system and ensure that transactional tasks are completed to ensure a smooth operation takes place for our customers.
The role can be based at either our Bede or Ashington Campuses, there will be the expectation for visibility at both campuses, so there will be regular travel involved. The amount of travel can be negotiable.
It is a truly exciting time to join the team as the implementation of a new People & Payroll System is well on the way and there is plenty of opportunity to influence change and embed best practice.
