We are looking for a really talented Pastry Chef to join a strong brigade in a top 5* hotel in central London. Working in a large team overseeing production for the restaurants and banqueting, you will work with the senior management team to ensure the smooth running of the pastry kitchen.
You should have a strong background in 5* deluxe hotels to at least Pastry Snr Sous Chef or Pastry Sous level....
