Pastry Sous Chef - 5 Star Hotel - £55,000 - London This 5 star deluxe hotel, is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fine modern British/European Cuisine using fresh seasonal ingredients. There is a fine dining restaurant and conference and banqueting facilities. You must have experience within 5 star hotels. Banqueting experience would also be a big advantage. As Pastry Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to suipport and develop all aspects of Pastry to ensure the smooth running of all the F&B departments as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the team. There would also be opportunities for learning and progression within the hotel group. An attractive salary of up to £55,000 per annum is available for the right Pastry Sous Chef.
