Our patisserie team is small but mighty: just four passionate professionals dedicated to creating elegant, imaginative, and delicious finished goods. Youll be joining a close-knit section of three within a wider team of 16 bakers, all working together to deliver excellence daily.

What Youll Be Doing
Crafting a dynamic range of patisserie productsfrom classic éclairs and fruit tarts to sophisticated entremets and mousse creations

Innovating new lines and seasonal specials with flair and precision

Working hands-on with fresh cream, chocolate, and delicate pastry work

Collaborating with a supportive team in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Upholding food safety and contributing to a clean, positive workspace

Proven experience in patisserie, with a portfolio that shows finesse and imagination

A love for the classicsMille-feuille, Tiramisu, Cheesecakesand the confidence to elevate them

A sharp eye for detail and a steady hand under pressure
