The Role As our Afternoon Tea Pastry Chef, you will: Head up and shape our afternoon tea offering from the ground up Create high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and sweet treats Bring creativity and consistency to menu development Ensure exceptional presentation and taste standards Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team Requirements Minimum

2 years' experience

in a similar role Strong background in

bread and cake making
