AsChef de Partie, youll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering outstanding dishes.

This is a unique opportunity for a PastryChef de Partie to be part of a pre-opening team and contribute to the launch of a new culinary destination in the heart of Mayfair.
What Youll Do:
Run and maintain standards on your assigned kitchen section
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are upheld
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes
Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Passion for food, precision, and continuous improvement
