You will be responsible for preparing and executing desserts, pastries, and baked goods to the highest standard within your assigned station. Supporting the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef, you will help ensure consistent quality, creativity, and efficiency in the pastry kitchen. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present desserts, pastries, breads, and plated sweets to the highest standard.
Execute recipes and plating guides with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
Maintain mise en place for your station, ensuring efficiency and organisation during service.
Collaborate with the pastry and kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist with menu development and seasonal dessert creation under the guidance of the Pastry Chef.
Ensure the pastry kitchen meets strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Support the training and mentoring of junior pastry staff.
Contribute ideas and creativity to enhance the pastry offering.

Requirements / Skills Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a premium, high-volume restaurant or hotel.
Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Creativity and passion for desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Professional appearance and commitment to hygiene and kitchen standards.
