Pastry Chef De Partie 5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to work at our private Member's Club, in Mayfair, London. You will be working alongside our Executive Pastry Chef, Francesco Coratella, who was recently shortlisted for Pastry Chef of the Year at the Craft Guild of Chefs Award 2025. Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background

The responsibilities are: To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchen Working hours: Shifts are between Monday- Saturday The Club is closed on Sundays, Bank holidays and throughout Christmas each year!
