The Role: Were looking for an experienced, personable Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team, maintain high standards of service, and ensure every guest leaves impressed. Youll supervise shifts, mentor staff, manage bookings, and step in to serve during busy periods. Pension Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the front-of-house team; supervise daily shift operations. Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and memorable. Resolve guest issues professionally. Train new staff and coach team members on service standards, recommendations and suggestive selling. Oversee reservations, seating plans and coordination with kitchen staff. Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and hygiene standards. Drive sales through attention to guest experiences Have fun. About You Proven experience as a Head waiter/waitress in a high end venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
