The Role Were looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant, the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy with great hospitality. Responsibilities Lead the floor in a fast-paced, high-cover Soho service Set the tone on shift and uphold Bocca di Lupos service standards Manage sections and table flow during busy services Act as the main guest contact, handling issues calmly and decisively Support standards, and menu knowledge on the floor Drive a strong guest experience through confident service and awareness Successful candidate should have/be: Be passionate about Italian food Have experience in a busy high-end restaurant.
