This role is ideal for a confident waiter who thrives in a high-energy environment and is ready to take on more responsibility within a dynamic, fast-growing department. The Role As Head Waiter, you will support the Floor Manager and Restaurant Manager in delivering flawless service. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth service flow, motivating the team, and making sure every guest receives polished, attentive hospitality. Key Responsibilities Deliver and oversee service ensuring luxury standards at all times

Support the Floor Manager in managing service flow and delegating tasks to the support team

Act as a role model, training and motivating junior staff on service standards

Ensure all spaces are set and maintained to specification before and during events

Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee seamless coordination

Handle guest requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally

About You Proven experience in a high-end or high-volume hospitality environment

Strong service knowledge and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

Confident, professional, and approachable, with excellent communication skills

Ability to take initiative and lead by example on the floor

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and late finishes as required
