We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Requirements:

-Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other kitchen staff involved in the food preparation.

-Observe work procedures and staff performances to ensure compliance with company standards

-Evaluates and resolve procedural challenges to guarantee safe and efficient operations.

-Inspects food, supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.

- Determine production schedules and allocate staff accordingly to ensure timely service.

- Estimate quantities and costs, and requisitions necessary supplies and equipment for uninterrupted operations.

-Accurately record production and operational data on designated forms.

-Monitors sanitation and food safety practices to ensure staff adhere to health regulations.

-Train all kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation.

-To ensure all menus are updated regularly according to LMA executive chef and request, paying special attention to seasonal availability.

-Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.

-Manage and analize both labour and food costs to maximize the operational and financial efficiency of the department.
