My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their flagship venues in Kent.

For this General Manager role, they require someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a General Manager within contract catering
  • Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
  • Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
  • The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
