What we're looking for:
This role is suited to a proven senior chef with strong leadership experience in luxury hotels or high-end multi-outlet operations.

Previous experience as Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel
* Strong background in multi-outlet management (restaurant, bar, events, afternoon tea)
* Solid financial and operational acumen
* A hands-on leader who can inspire and develop teams
* High standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
* A passion for classic cuisine with a modern touchWhat's involved?
You will oversee all culinary operations across the hotel, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability.

Leading and developing the kitchen brigade across multiple outlets
