Job Description
As a Deputy Director of Catering you will work with the Director of Catering to drive the Hospitality and core food offer whilst collaborating with our culinary team to craft flavourful dishes that nourish both body and mind and deliver an outstanding service to the guest.
As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
Qualifications
A strong background in large scale hospitality events, banquets and sit down dinners
Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
Experience in F&B operations/High Street Restaurants
A positive demeanour and attitude to solve problems
Leads by example by acting professionally at all times
Excellent communication skills
Takes the initiative
Good time management
Supportive / Team player
Good presentation skills
Excellent customer care skills
