The Role We’re seeking a committed and detail-oriented Demi Chef De Partie with experience in Asian Cuisine to join our team at The Roof Gardens. Our back of house team is essential to the seamless operation of our venue, supporting all departments with efficiency, precision, and care. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role with a focus on Asian cuisine, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector NVQ Level 3 or Culinary Arts Degree Level 2 Food safety and Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality dishes from your section Assist the Chef de Parties with any tasks assigned to you Train and mentor Junior Chefs, with the support of other Chef De Parties and Sous Chefs Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic section at all times Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends Our Benefits Competitive salary above market rate
