Conference and Banqueting Manager Ideal Profile:

Conference and Banqueting Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing the planning and smooth delivery of conferences, weddings, and banquets
Leading, training, and motivating the events and banqueting team
Ensuring service standards are consistently met across all events
Managing event logistics, room setups, and coordination with other departments
Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded
Monitoring budgets and ensuring events are delivered efficiently and profitably
