As part of Canford Group Holdings, we deliver expert-led, subcontractor-powered solutions to clients in hospitality, healthcare, and education sectors. We are now looking for a Senior Engineer to join our growing team and be based at our Ferndown Head Office . This is a key role with both hands-on and leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead by Example: Undertake planned maintenance and emergency repair work on commercial kitchen appliances, gas and electric.

Technical Authority: Provide technical support to subcontractors and the helpdesk, including fault diagnosis, parts advice, and repair strategies.

Training & Supervision: Support the onboarding and mentoring of junior engineers and subcontractors.

Quality Assurance: Review subcontractor workmanship, conduct site audits, and ensure works meet compliance and safety standards.

Project Involvement: Support installation projects and asset lifecycle upgrades where required.
