Commercial Catering and Heating Engineer

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Service, repair, and maintain *commercial catering equipment* (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers). * Install, service, and maintain *commercial heating systems*, including *gas boilers*. * Fault-finding and diagnostics on gas and electric systems. * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current *Gas Safe* regulations and health & safety standards. * Complete service reports and compliance documentation. * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site. * attend emergency breakdowns as required.
*Essential Requirements*:
* Proven experience as a commercial catering and/or heating engineer. * Valid *Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, COCATA1)*. * *COMCAT qualifications* (e.g. COMCAT 1, 2, 3, 5) for catering equipment (desirable). * Current *Gas Safe registration*. * Full Clean UK driving licence. * Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Strong understanding of health & safety compliance. * Willing to undertake further training if and when required. * Rational Training / Experience (Desirable)
