Full time permanent position 48 hours per week Salary approximately £30,000 per annum An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every month, approximately 3k annually) You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues Ensuring high level of food quality and preparation Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail. Assisting with the development of menus Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures. Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above. A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure. Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills. Ambition to succeed
