The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to an exceptional standard. You'll work with an experienced team in a well-equipped kitchen where quality, consistency, and passion for food are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and present dishes with attention to detail and pride. Work across sections and support the wider kitchen team. Contribute to menu planning and daily specials. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Bring energy, reliability, and a team-focused mindset to every shift.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-focused kitchen. Genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food. A proactive and positive attitude – someone who gets stuck in and supports the team. Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Punctual, professional, and committed to excellence.
