We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join this vibrant team in London. If you have a background in restaurant or kitchen operations and are passionate about leading a team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact every day.
About the role:
Oversee daily operations in both the kitchen and shopfloor, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
Supervise and support kitchen staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
Assist in food preparation, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Train new employees on procedures, food safety, and customer service expectations.
Manage inventory and place orders to maintain adequate supplies for daily operations.
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to improve operations, team morale, and company standards.
About you:
Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Ability to work hands-on in a kitchen while adhering to food safety and health regulations.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.71 £14.71 per hour
Expected Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends, and weekend availability required
