WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO : Act as the main client liaison, building and maintaining professional relationships. Oversee daily operations across multiple events, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Develop and enforce operational policies to align with company and client standards. Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards across all locations. Assist with managing budgets, control costs, and meet financial objectives. Collaborate with chefs and clients to create tailored menus. Conduct regular site audits to maintain quality, compliance and ensure the right equipment is set up for success.. YOUR DNA: Proven experience in a catering operations management role in contract catering. Strong understanding of client needs with excellent communication skills. Deep knowledge of hospitality and retail, combined with financial expertise. Commitment to health, safety, and food safety standards. Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
