Job Opportunity: School Catering Assistant
Locations: Wantage, Wallingford, Didcot Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 2:00pm Pay: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour (depending on location and experience) Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to join our school catering teams in Wantage, Wallingford, and Didcot . You'll play a key role in preparing and serving nutritious meals to students, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the smooth running of daily food service. Key Responsibilities: Assist with food preparation and service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Provide friendly and efficient customer service to pupils and staff Work collaboratively with the catering team to meet daily service needs Requirements: Previous experience in catering or hospitality is desirable but not essential A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check Why Join Us?
